Archiving and depositing

The publishing system of the Journal of the National Congress of Historians is configured to electronically backup and save access to the contents of its journals through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), which guarantees long-term storage of comprehensive archives of the journal and automatic restoration of damaged information.

In accordance with Article 16 "Mandatory copies of periodicals and storage of materials of TV, radio programs" of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Mass Media" dated July 23, 1999 № 451-I:

• Mandatory copies of the magazine are sent by the owner of the mass media to the National Libraries of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
• the National State Book Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Electronic versions are presented in:

• JSC "NCSTE" fund electronic library of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Electronic Archive of the Ministry of Culture and Information (MCI), according to the approved Rules for the formation of an electronic archive of compulsory free copies of periodicals of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 24.10.2024 № 495-NҚ.
